We cannot guarantee the lifespan or duration of your balloons after delivery and installation. all balloon sales are final.

All balloon services booked under 10 days are categorized as last-minute details and will incur a 10% fee on top of the last-minute rush delivery on balloons we don't have in stock.

Deposits are non-refundable and are required to book our services.

Installation time varies and All Things Goods requires a minimum of 1.5 hours prior to your event.
